Dr. Glenn Leavitt is a leading OB-GYN and surgeon at Leavitt Women’s Healthcare in Idaho Falls, serving southeastern Idaho. With over seven years leading a clinical research department, he specializes in laparoscopic hysterectomies, tubal reversals, infertility treatments, bladder repair, and pregnancy care, including in-office ultrasounds.
Dr. Leavitt earned his bachelor’s degree at Idaho State University and his medical degree at the University of New England. He completed his residency at Maine Medical, where he gained extensive experience in surgeries and high-risk OB-GYN care, delivering over 900 babies. Passionate about micro-invasive surgeries, he prioritizes patient outcomes with quicker recovery, minimal scarring, and reduced infection risk. Dedicated to improving women's health, Dr. Leavitt looks forward to meeting new patients.
Dr. Corey Jacobs is a board-certified OB-GYN and skilled surgeon with 17 years of experience providing women’s healthcare on the Gulf Coast. He specializes in robotic surgery, high-risk obstetrics, and preventative care, offering compassionate treatment with a personable approach.
After earning his bachelor's at Eckerd College, Dr. Jacobs obtained his medical degree from Ross University. He trained at Maine Medical, where he met Dr. Leavitt, and completed his residency at the University of South Alabama, gaining extensive experience in micro-invasive surgery, gynecology, and obstetrics.
Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Jacobs recently relocated to Idaho Falls with his wife and five children. They look forward to enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking.

Hi! My name is Iris Peter and I'm a Physician Assistant at Leavitt Women's Express Care. I was born and raised in the Midwest where I went to high school and college. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. I completed my physician assistant training with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining Leavitt Women's Express Care, I worked in Family Medicine for a few years before moving to Eastern Idaho. I have loved every field I've had a privilege of working in and am proud of my ability to adapt to new environments that have refined and expanded my clinical skills. I strive to continue to provide compassionate, evidence-based whole person care as I continue to grow in this field while also nurturing my love for traveling, reading, and creating lifelong memories with my family and friends.
Charly Hill, a Certified Nurse Midwife, graduated from Frontier Nursing University after working as a nurse in Labor & Delivery and the ER. Her passion for midwifery began after assisting an unexpected birth in the ER, inspiring her to pursue advanced training.
Dedicated to women’s health, Charly takes a holistic approach, educating and supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and routine care.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, three kids, and pets. She loves hiking, fishing, reading, cooking, sewing, and traveling, especially exploring the Northwest’s scenic beauty.
Kylee, an Idaho Falls native, earned her bachelor's in Biology with a Chemistry minor from the University of Utah before completing her Physician Assistant training at Arcadia University. She worked at Teton Cancer Institute for nearly four years before joining Leavitt Women’s Healthcare in 2019.
Kylee holds certifications in PANCE, ACLS, and BLS and is licensed by the Idaho Board of Medicine, Idaho Board of Pharmacy, and DEA. She is also a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants.
Katie Maddock is a Physician Assistant at Leavitt Women’s Healthcare, dedicated to empowering women to feel confident and proud of their bodies. An Idaho Falls native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from BYU-Idaho before pursuing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University.
Katie is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting women through all stages of life.
Outside of work, she enjoys backpacking, gravel biking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband.
Ryan Leavitt has been a dedicated Research Administrator at Leavitt Clinical Research since 2018, contributing to the advancement of medical studies and patient care. With a passion for discovery and innovation, he plays a key role in managing research operations. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing music, traveling to new destinations, and spending quality time with his family. His diverse interests and commitment to both his professional and personal life make him a well-rounded and valued member of our team.

Shalyn has been working on various projects for LCR since 2020, from advertising to project management. For the last 2 years, she has specialized in contractual and financial agreements with the sponsors running clinical trials. She enjoys the variety of tasks and the satisfaction that come from crunching numbers. When not at work, you will find her with her family enjoying adventures and growing up together.
My name is Becky, and I am the Manager of Leavitt Clinical Research. I have been in the research field for six years, with the past four years dedicated to LCR. My passion for the medical field led me to transition from the non-profit sector into clinical research, a decision I have never regretted. I find great fulfillment in continuously learning and, most importantly, in engaging with patients. Helping individuals explore potential treatment options through clinical trials and offering them hope for improved health is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
Outside of my professional role, I spend much of my time supporting my family, particularly in my role as a dedicated baseball mom. When the weather allows, I enjoy camping in the mountains, where I can relax and recharge. I have been married for 25 years, am the proud mother of three sons, and a grandmother to a wonderful grandson.

I have been working in clinical research for two years, though my background in the medical field extends beyond that. I hold a bachelor's degree in Health Science from Idaho State University, which I earned in 2021. My professional experience prior to research includes roles at plasma donation centers, hospitals, and pharmacies. I am passionate about research because it allows me to directly contribute to patient care while advancing healthcare for the future. Additionally, it provides me the opportunity to be a science nerd. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to true crime podcasts, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors.
